Manoly’s has been serving Thai food for over twenty five years. Following a stunning transformation all the way from Thailand in 2010 Manoly’s was put back on the map to spice up Southend. In 2016 Mée Wolff took over after being involved with the restaurant since 1995 and manager since 2008. This gave us an opportunity to refresh things a little bit and remind customers why they go to this popular restaurant in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea.
SERVING UP AN ARRAY OF MARKETING MATERIAL
We work closely with Manoly’s to provide them with updated menu’s and in-house promotional material as well as external advertising in local newspapers and publications focussing on new and seasonal offers. We also design leaflets and other promotions for particular events as and when they are needed on an ongoing basis.
Manoly’s have a loyal clientele when it comes to the evenings, but were always much quieter at lunch times. We embarked upon a full scale marketing campaign to promote their lunch menu which included initial consulting on the direction of the menu itself, producing placemat menus, leaflets, banners and posters, as well as print and online advertising, and an ongoing Social Media campaign which saw a 38% increase in online following within the first month alone. Our ongoing work continues to improve lunch time business at the Restaurant from new customers.
SPICING UP THE WEBSITE
After having a website designed by us 8 years ago, it was time to spice it up a bit and bring it in-line with today’s technology. We kept it simple and easy to access all the information their customers need. The menus were updated from being a series of pdf’s to incorpating them within the site. We also co-ordinated an ‘on location’ photography shoot to show the atmosphere and what you can expect before you visit which also compliments the information written about the restaurant. An addition of a blog also allows people to keep up to date with what is happening at the restaurant.
